Lindsey moved to New York, and in 2006, after returning from a trip to Peru’s Machu Picchu, she launched a collection of cloaks, drawing inspiration from the indigenous Peruvian people she encountered. In fall 2010, Lindsey expanded her collection to a full range of ready-to-wear, and each season she adds new pieces, continually growing the Lindsey Thornburg collection.
