There are NO stains on this coat, it is in perfect condition It is a new item. VTG Pendleton High Grade Western Wear Mens Jacket. This jacket is in GREAT CONDITION with minor signs of wear. The colors are very bright and vivid. There are a few very small areas of pitting on the jacket but there aren’t very many and I would still rate this jacket a 8/9 out of 10 considering its age. Chest : 24 Armpit to Armpit.
