Those measurements can vary depending exactly how you measure it. The coat is preowned and has some minor damage in my opinion. Its missing a button on the front. Theres a larger (2) hole in the back and a two small ones near the collar, that could be sewn up. The belt on the back also needs to be sewn on the one size. Theres some missing wool on the one pocket. Theres some stains, water marks, imperfections, and other blemishes on the coat. Please view pictures carefully before purchasing.
