Levi’s Vintage Clothing Fringed Leather Coat in Whiskey. The Fringed Leather Coat is a reproduction based on western fringed leather coats from the late 50s. This is the non-aged/distressed version of the men’s fringed leather coat that was slated for production and release for the current fall winter 2013 season as part of the’Boomtown’ collection. Only several of the non-aged/distressed jackets were made and neither this version or the aged/distressed version were picked up by retailers, which kept this jacket from getting a full production run. I highly prefer the non-distressed version here over the distressed version. When regarding leather jackets if you’re anything like me. Preferring to developing your own patina on your jacket, then. This is the jacket for you. The jacket was made in Italy from very soft and supple deer skin leather. I’m a medium, but in this jacket I prefer the size small as the fitted look is what I prefer with this particular cut, and the size small fits more like a slim medium, given the boxy cut. The deer skin is soft and supple enough to provide for some stretch in the break in period. As for the size medium, it fits me well, still slim fitting but with comfortable room. With this jacket I prefer it a bit on the snug size. Pit to pit: 21-1/2. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 19″, sleeve length from shoulder seam to end of cuff: 27″, length of back from base of collar to bottom of waist: 24-3/4″ without fringe, 28″ measured to end of fringe. Fantastic vintage Levi’s suede trucker jacket, the condition is excellent with nothing wrong with it, as you can see in the photos that it looks stained but this jacket has been to the dry cleaners & the marks have been there for years so they can, t be removed but they add to the patina of the jacket, this is an early trucker jacket with very thick hide & two over patch pockets definitely big E, tagged 42 but it is slightly smaller than a modern 42, I’m a 42 reg & it fits me fine with a shirt but slightly tight with a sweater under it, the sizes are, armpit to armpit = 23, across the shoulders = 18.5, collar seam to bottom of hem at the back = 22.5, shoulder seam to bottom of cuff = 24, please remember this is a true vintage item not a modern reproduction. Approx Medium, 38/40 chest size. This is a Brown Leather Western motorcycle Jacket by LEVIS. 2 hand pockets, 2 chest pockets, side strap snaps, cuff buttons, quilted lining. Measures – 22 inch pit to pit , 25.5 inch top to bottom (not including collar), 24 inch shoulder to cuff, 19 inch shoulder to shoulder. Please note all my jackets are VERY OLD, RARE, GENUINE VINTAGE leathers. Some of them will have been worn for over half a century, they will show signs of use, general wear, marks, scuffs etc. I try to describe as accurately as possible but what i may consider to be an amazing vintage Leather with a stunning Patina might be seen by someone else completely differently. This is a fabulous Levis jacket in superb condition. Only minor wear to leather, super quality. Lining ok but will benefit from a bit of a clean. Approx XSmall, 34 chest size. This is a Calfskin/Capeskin Leather Western motorcycle Jacket by LEVIS in Brown colour. 2 chest pockets, side strap snaps, cuff stud straps, extremely rare Jacket. Shorthorn (but label is missing) – Approx date is 1940s/50s. Measures – 18.5 inch pit to pit , 23.5 inch top to bottom (not including collar), 23 inch shoulder to cuff, 16.5 inch shoulder to shoulder.
