PENDLETON HIGH GRADE Western Wear WOOL BLANKET JACKET Coat HARDING. Very hard-to-find Vintage Pendleton style – these rarely come along. Authentic Vintage Pendleton High Grade Western Wear Wool Blanket Jacket Coat in the rare Navajo HARDING PATTERN. This one likely dates back to the 1970’s. Made in Portland Oregon. This was perhaps the nicest and highest quality coat style made by pendleton. Fantastic details, quality and design. This is the iconic classic made by Pendleton. Vivid colours in an interesting Harding pattern inspired by Native American Indian designs, often Navajo. This rare coat features two big exterior flap covered pockets as well as two exterior chest pockets, full button up front, warm wool collar, intact labels, etc. Fantastic and timeless coats, warm and comfortable. All coats fit differently so please follow measurements. Size is not tagged – so we recommend that you measure an actual garment that fits you well and compare the measurements for the best fit. All measurements taken on outside of coat, buttoned and laid flat. Chest taken under arms – 48 inches. Shoulders – measured across the back from seam to seam – 18.5 inches. Sleeve – from collar seam at neck to sleeve end – 32 inches. Sleeve – from shoulder seam to sleeve end – 26 inches. Length taken from top to bottom of coat – 34.25 inches. Bottom edge measured all the way around – 49 inches. Condition is good – very good inside and out. No holes or tears. A small amount of expected normal wear- edge through out coat. A small amount of minor pilling and a few small moth bites and tracks are always a possibility with wool but we do not notice anything significant. Loss of fuzzy “nap ” in some areas but nothing significant. You may find it clean and wearable as is, but as with all used items, we recommend cleaning it as there are a few light spots, marks, etc. That should come out if cleaned.
