Some wear on collar as seen on pictures, but the rest of the jacket has no damage or stains etc. And was treated with the utmost care, as Mods always wanted their clothes to look immaculate. This iconic jacket has a little history to it, as it belonged to one of the original 12 Hard Mods of East London, and saw many adventures, including the Mods vs. Rockers battles on Brighton Beach, yet is in excellent condition for being over 50 years old. Rare Vintage Chris Lines Original Leather Beaded Fringe Jacket Womens. It’s in very good condition, I’ve seen a few of Chris’s jackets over the years both mens and womens and cream isn’t as common as the darker colors. It’s gorgeous, soft for leather and the color is great goes with everything. Never the same beadwork, this looks like a snowflake in orange , yellow. Black and a pale amber with varied shades of green to make up the rest of the design. 3 rolled leather buttons/buttonholes, 2 front pockets, top stitches and zig zag cut on all edges. 3 1/2 ” fringe on bottom to 9 ” fringe on sleeves, it varies all over the jacket. It does have a few things I’d like to point out… I have not tried to clean or have it cleaned. There are a few loose threads on beading a couple missing beads, an easy fix or no one would really notice unless closely inspecting. There is wear (soiled) at ends of sleeves (shown in photo and looks worse there) at buttons and button holes (mainly on inside) at back of neck and a little at elbows. There are no holes tears, the fringe is all in tact and the satin lining is in good condition. I’m pretty picky but would have no problem throwing this on now and heading out the door as is. It is a size 12 but I wear a womens 6-8 and it fits. From nape of neck to bottom edge 23″ add 3 1/2″ more for fringe. Outside shoulder to shoulder 16 1/2. Keeping in mind that this item is vintage, the beauty of vintage pieces is enhanced by the fact that it has been used and loved and do not look brand new. You are viewing an Authentic Men’s Vintage deerskin Leather Jacket. Beautiful soft and supple leather, shapes wonderfully to your body after wearing for a short time. This authentic vintage 1950’s jacket features a full zip front with an old Talon zipper, cinch-buckle back, two large exterior pockets, excellent Plaid cotton lining. The leather is strong but supple, showing no dryness, cracking only one scratch very small on the right arm. (see picture)These coats are well-tailored and well-made. They fit nicely and feel great. All coats fit differently so please follow measurements. Size is tagged a 42 but we recommend that you measure an actual garment that fits you well and compare the measurements for the best fit. All measurements taken on outside of coat, zippered and laid flat. Chest taken under arms – 22 inches. Shoulders – measured across the back from shoulder seam to seam – 18 inches. Sleeve – from shoulder seam to sleeve cuff – 27 inches. Length taken from top to bottom of coat 30 in. Up for offers is a spectacular 1940s – 1950s Minnesota Woolen Mills co Siesta flannel fringe jacket. It is a vivid red white and blue, satin lined in red. In excellent condition with no flaws I can see. The attention to detail is amazing right down to the double pockets. You can tell it will be quite warm too. Sz small – medium in womens. The total length in back is 27. The waist laying flat measures aprx 17.25″ and the from armpit to armpit across the chest it measures aprx 19″.
