The measurements seem pretty dead on for being a small and probably extra small also though. Measures 19 inches from underarm seam to underarm seam, 15 inches from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Sleeve length is 23 inches and the length from shoulder to longest part of hem is 24 inches. Handmade in Texas of nice quality suede and faux fur.
