The seams and Yokes match PERFECTLY which took a LOT of handwork and time. Leather Buttons and real Shearling Collar with the Snake eyes in the back when rolled up. You are looking at a stunning, in MINT condition no signs of wear, PENFIELD. Short down jacket in a woodland camo pattern no longer in production. The Rockford is a Penfield staple. It is a western styled (w/western yoke) down filled puffer jacket. It is THE standard for puffer vests and jackets the world over. I’m a true size medium and this small fits me perfectly. It is in MINT condition. No stains or snags. Stored carefully in a smoke free home. Penfield was established in Hudson, Massachusetts in 1975, by Harvey Gross. A pioneering figure in the American outerwear industry since the early 1960s. Gross recognized and championed the strength of down insulated outerwear for its unique and unrivalled ability to provide durable warmth and protection. Requiring a special manufacturing process and with only a few factories in the world expert at producing down insulated apparel, Gross decided to acquire a small manufacturing plant within an old textile mill in Hudson to produce Penfield’s high quality down filled garments.
