Underarm to underarm is 20 inches and that seems even a little generous for a size small. So compare a fitted jacket or vest that fits you well laid flat and measured across the back from underarm seam to underarm seam. The front is fully heavily beaded with seed beads in a Native American design. Beads are glass so this has some weight to it. There are variations in the beadwork but those are not flaws. Just variations (some are more raised than others) in a lot of hand done beadwork. This is all done on a lightweight suede. This is also lined so it’s smooth inside.
